Summary

  • Verizel is a portal for controlled technical reporting. It helps companies structure customers, projects, work orders, report templates, report revisions, review workflows and controlled PDF exports.
  • The basic flow is simple: set up the job context, create or select a report template, complete the report, review it, approve it and export a controlled PDF.

What you can do

  • Create customers, projects and work orders.
  • Build report templates for technical documentation.
  • Create controlled report revisions.
  • Submit reports for review and approval.
  • Export approved reports as controlled PDFs.

Before you start

  • Make sure your company has at least one Admin user.
  • Decide who should manage templates, reports, reviews and read-only access.
  • Create the customer, project and work order before creating reports.

Recommended first setup

  1. Verify the company setup.
  2. Invite the required users.
  3. Create the first customer.
  4. Create a project under the customer.
  5. Create a work order under the project.
  6. Create or select a report template.
  7. Create the first report.
  8. Submit the report for review.
  9. Approve the report.
  10. Export the controlled PDF.

Main workflow

The portal is built around a controlled job structure. A Customer contains Projects. A Project contains Work Orders. A Work Order contains or controls reports, validation rules, scope, review requirements and, depending on plan, assets or inventory.

This structure makes it possible to keep technical documentation organized by the actual execution context instead of storing reports as isolated files.

Plans at a glance

Core covers the basic controlled report workflow.

Professional adds stronger workflow control, such as Scope of Work, planned reports and Work Order-specific validation.

Enterprise is intended for more demanding workflows with advanced review routing, client or third-party review, Physical Assets, Inventory and deeper auditability.
